- Vaccine hesitancy prevailed in certain communities, and it was challenging to convince them to get vaccinated.

- Vaccine acceptance was a challenge among the communities that were approached for the first time. It took multiple rounds of counselling to convince such people to get vaccinated.

- Misinformation about the COVID vaccine created fear in people’s mind because of which they were not ready to get vaccinated. It was challenging to convince them to get vaccinated.
