Amidst the rising cases of Covid, the vaccine is the most effective tool for protection against it. VaccineOnWheels is dedicated to provide vaccination service to the left out underprivileged and unserved people of the society free of cost at their locality. Each day our teams are going an extra mile to serve the unserved. They are using their full potential to vaccinate more and more people to build a safe society against Covid. Our teams have vaccinated more than one lakh people with the support of Give India, USAID and State Governments of Maharashtra, Jharkhand and Tamil Nadu.

On 10^th of January, 2022 one of our units operational in Arni block of Yavatmal district of Maharashtra went an extra mile to organize a Covid vaccination camp at Amni Road. The people residing there are the labourers working in the brick kiln and their family members. On reaching the site our team members started mobilizing the people. When they asked them the reason for not being vaccinated, they came to know that they did not have time to go and get vaccinated at the Government vaccination center as that might affect their work. They would also have to spend extra money to reach the vaccination center as they did not have transportation facilities of their own. They were also unaware about the benefits of being vaccinated. Our team members told them about the benefits of being vaccinated and also motivated them to get vaccinated.
