We observe a unique Community-Public-Private Partnership model of collaboration with all stakeholders. Instead of building a parallel system with the Government, we work as an extended arm of the Government for creating a larger impact excluding the duplication of
services. Community-Public-Private Partnerships model of working involves community engagement to understand the bottlenecks of the healthcare gaps through the community lens. As an organization, we attempt to solve healthcare delivery gaps, particularly equity issues. But in every service innovation we design, the community we work in takes a center stage. This approach to delivering public health solutions with deep community engagement is the way to a sustainable healthcare service model. The community teaches us to find locally applicable low-cost solutions that are compliant with the community’s culture,
beliefs, and practices.
