Dr. Raj Shankar Ghosh

Dr. Raj Shankar Ghosh is a public health physician with training from national and international academic institutions in public health policies, planning and program delivery. Over the past 30 years Dr. Ghosh has been involved in wide range of public health activities from planning and implementation of public health programs at grassroot level to advocating for effective policy decisions at National and regional levels on infectious diseases, vaccines and drugs. Dr. Ghosh’s professional journey started from an NGO, Bhoruka Charitable Trust, in deep deserts of India. Thereafter he served as a Medical Officer at a Primary Health Centre in West Bengal State Health Services. Later he served as Regional Coordinator, Southeast Region of WHO’s National Polio Surveillance Project in India. He was Director, Immunizations in PATH India. In PATH, he was also the Director for the Japanese Encephalitis Project that served 13 counties in the Western Pacific Region and Southeast Region. Following his tenure in PATH, Dr. Ghosh was Vice President and Regional Director, South Asia at the non-profit drug development company, institute for OneWorld Health. In 2013, Dr. Ghosh joined Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as Deputy Director managing the Foundation’s investments in Vaccine Delivery and Infectious diseases in India. In his recent role as Senior Advisor, Vaccine delivery, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, he was involved in advocating for vaccines coverage and equity, forging partnerships and managing Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s support to the Covid vaccination program in India In 2013 the Indian Public Health Association conferred Honorary Fellowship to Dr. Ghosh for his contribution to public health in India and South Asian Region.

Mr. Arun Venkatesan

Mr. Arun Venkatesan is the Co-founder and CEO of Villgro, USA. His focus and interest lie in ‘Helping Impact Incubators Succeed and Scale’ through training, mentoring and capacitating incubators across the globe. He has a keen interest in fostering an organizational culture of innovation.

He has worked with various small-scale and start-up companies in the US and India, leveraging academic research groups and independent development teams in a product development capacity.

He has extensive experience in coordinating development projects using external vendors for rapid turnaround of various product components. He also holds an interest in supporting the development of affordable and sustainable products for resource-limited markets.

Dr. Keerti Bhusan Pradhan, PhD

Dr. Keerti is a public health management professional with 25+ years of experience in Healthcare Ecosystem and Academia. He is an adviser to many health and development organisations in India and other developing nations in Asia & Africa. His innovative strategic inputs has helped Organizations turn around and achieve desired Goal. He is also a passionate teacher, trainer and mentor to students of public health, health management and digital health management with guidance on patents, innovation and publications linked to humanity and societal unmet needs. With his length and breadth of experiences and exposures we have invited him to be part of our Board of Advisers. Dr. Keerti has a Master’s from Tata Institute of Social Sciences Mumbai and Management of International Public Health mid career course from Emory University USA besides PhD in Responsible Innovation and Strategic Management.

Mr. Ravi Kapoor holds over 30 years of experience. He is a member of the Institute of Directors and has recently qualified to become an Independent Director on the Board of listed and unlisted companies registered in India. His past professional engagements involve utilizing and continuously enriching the width & depth of his work experience in some or all of the functional areas mentioned above. Today, he is a cofounder and runs an independent consulting firm that is well positioned to advise overseas clients on setting up, navigating & entrenching their businesses in India by utilizing his past experience with leading MNCs as well as his large network of professionals, from a variety of industries and sectors.
He is empanelled as a member of the Independent Director’s Data Bank. He has recently passed the Proficiency Test and is now qualified to accept position of Independent Director in a company.
